Horrible Service from "Manager"

<p>We went to House & Home Somerset West on Saturday, Where Eric Kofa helped us and the service we received was great, the manager on the other hand clearly has no idea what customer service means.</p> <p>We bought a desk and a chair and wanted to buy a book case aswell, (Total was about R13 000) we asked Eric if they could maybe give us a better deal if we buy the whole set where he went to speak to the "manager" who just ignored us, said no and stormed off... we would have been happy with free delivery (R300) so we decided not to buy the book case because of ther attitude (Would have left it all but the table was too perfect) the manager never once acknowleged us so would just roll her us at us or glare at us-totally unacceptable so at the end of the day due to her bad attitude they lost R4000 not much but wonder how many other clients left everything because of her....</p>
