Horrible service

Business does not keep stock on site. They make me drive to the Shoprite dc centre to pick up my purchase.

There I get treated like dirt because I lack a photo copy of my ID. Why do I need that? How was I supposed to know I need one?

Of course the manager is "on leave". A new excuse. Extra poinrt for originality. Usually it is a meeting.

Customer care us just as impotent and resolved nothing. Thank you Margaret for being useless.

Now I am back home an hour's drive without my purchase. Who is paying for my expenses?
