HORRIBLE SERVICE

I am very unhappy with your online services, I ordered Defy stove and selected option for collection one of your consultant said I can collect at any branch close to me, she checked and said I can collect at East rand mall or carnival so I went to Eastrand mall , when I got there they said no one updated on the system that I will collect from that store, 1. I wasted petrol 2. until today no one has communicated with me yet my money is with your company order placed on the 1st of May already it has been a week #***
