Horrible service

My brother bought my mom a new hob from this store and only to find out when we opened it the the corner of the hob was damaged and we took it back to the store and a man called Katlego who works at the Westgate branch was very resistant to help us to get a new one that was not damaged and failed to follow up with me on Monday as he promised and I called and was told that I would be called back still nothing so do not ever shop at the house and home Westgate branch they don't have good customer service
