Horrible service

<p>I bought a washing machine from the Roodepoort House & Home in Constantia Kloof on the 24th of March 2017. I ensured that I have the measurements of the washing machine compartment in my apartment and I gave these to the sales lady by the name of Karabo. She assured me that the machine she was selling me will fit and that the measurements were perfect. Machine was delivered this morning only to realise that she measured the machine incorrectly. I have tried calling the store and even asked for the manager of which I was transferred from Pillar to Post. I have also lodged a formal complaint with House & Home and still have not heard from them. I will be taking the matter to the ombudsman as this is completely unacceptable. </p>
