horrible service

<p>i went to the house and home furniture store in fourways mall to buy pillows that cost 199.98, when i used my card to pay they said it was declining but the money went off my account. i then had to go to draw cash. i later took my bank statement as proof that the money had been taken and the manager refused to refund me. he said he cant help even though the statement proves that the money was taken.</p>
