HORRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a washing machine online from house and house three weeks ago. I have since not received any communication, even when I call the store they do have answers for me.

When I call the customer care line no answer, when I email online, no response, the actual store has no clue what's happening.

What kind of service is this ????
