Horrible Service

I called house and home Amajuba mall in Newcastle this morning -spoke to Kersian who was extremely nice -he gave all the details -transferred me to Thobile- she was also nice -but her service at the end was BAD-she sold something that was paid already by another client-I called them 5times on a recorded line as I needed a proof of the convo- I was then transferred to the manager -Janine she was RUDE -extremely rude -she did not even apologised for the error -until I asked her if she was not acknowledging the error -she than said Sorry -of which she did not mean it ..she does not have customer service at all -she need to be demoted ...
