Horrible products and treatment to customer

I bought a chest freezer online , which hasn't worked since purchase its not freezing at all, I called, sent emails, they transfer me to Hicense which they never pick up calls, all I want is my money back so i can buy another fridge, i have never experienced such a high level of abuse as a customer, i actually dont know what to do now.
