Horrible delivery service!

We bought a bed and lounge suite from H&H Tygervalley total R40 000. The bed arrived the next day. As per my request, the lounge to be delivered at a later date. On Thursday, 05 June I requested the lounge be delivered on Saturday 7th June. All was confirmed, until Saturday morning I get a call to say that delivery will be Sunday.

I waited all day on Sunday, cancelled plans, and the lounge was not delivered. Nelly the sales consultant tried all she could, but their outsourced delivery service provider is horrible. No communication, NOTHING. Because I work during the week, there will be nobody to receive it. I don't want this lounge suite anymore and I want my R16000 back.

O yes, that very same lounge suite I bought a week ago, is now R2000 less than what I paid for it.
