horrible customer service.. sies

im so disappointed with the service i received at House and home Forest hill. i wanted to but a fridge Sunday morning, i called the stare before driving there a lady answered , i told her i needed the fridge the same day she said i come come to the store to make payment i could have the fridge on the floor, i drove there, when i arrived a guy assisted me, he told me i cant have the fridge on the floor because its on promotion, but the can deliver the fridge for me the following day, (yesterday) i made payment also payed for delivery.. no one called me yesterday, i still dont have the fridge,, my food is rotting at home..
