Horrible Customer Service from House & Home !!!

Bought bar chairs late last year from House & Home , Baywest Mall in PE late last year when I moved to PE. Each chair was over 1k ! 3 months ago one of the chairs collapsed and I took it back to the store, for them to come back to me and say they cant assists me as a certain weight is supposed to be sitting on those chairs. No one in my house weighs more than 70kg, I am a short tiny woman with small kids, and my husband doesn't live with us as he works out of town and he is also not a big man. terrible ! terrible ! customer service from them, I am so disappointed as I bought some of my furniture from them. they have lost a loyal customer with me and I will be spreading the word for people to stay away from them even on social networks !!!
