Horrible customer service

I bought couches cash and paid for theirdelivery, the lies from everyone from head office to warehouse. I'm livid, I dont if I'm going to spend Christmas without couches. I'll never recommend this store anywhere, poor customer service. Literally have people from their shops hanging their phone in your ear . Who treats customers like that? I mean from the 23rd november 2020? Till today, haai come on this is utter *******.
