Horrible customer service

I bought a 3 set lounge suite at the Pavilion branch, and the back rest of one of the couch has had the stitching break, it is the fourth time now. They have fetched it 3 three to fix to but every time they bring it back it breaks again. In December I went to the Pavilion branch to complain and I was told it would be fixed in a week but to this day it still hasn't been. This is absolutely horrible customer service I do not think anyone should go through this for something they are paying for.
