Horrible customer service

I have a unattended query regarding my couch I purchased at house and home Tokai since 2022 a month after I bought it it’s been 2 years and it’s still not resolved , a was dealing with a lady who keeps telling me she will send out someone for 3 weeks now and nobody comes , I’ve asked to speak to the manger of that store since Monday , the same lady keeps promising me a callback and just conveniently forgets , each time a call the Manager is in a “meeting” and I’m told he will call me yet I am still waiting meanwhile I am being unconvincing as if have the poorly manufactured couches in my lounge . I would like this to urgently be attended to !!!
