Home choice worse company ever!

I recieved a call from the lawyers advising that my account has been handed over to the them. I then called home choice because i did not have an account with them. After struggling go get hold of anyone to assist at home choice i eventually did. That was in 2017. They told me that they are going to investigate my case for *****. I have been calling and calling and everytime they tell me the case is under investigation. Its been almost 2 years and i hear nothing from them. I am so angry that companies are allowed to do as they please and they dont get to suffer any consequences. My life has been standing still because im now listed. Home choice refuses to give me any details about this account in order for me to do my own investigations. Im so angry and frustrated. It is not fair that companies can just be allowed to damage your name and get away with it. Im dusgusted and angry at the lack of customer service at home choice! What happened to treating customers fairly? Now i have to hire lawyers and incur costs to get this resolved! Home choice you are the worst company ever! And i will advise everyone i know never to do business with you.
