I purchased a Hisense dishwasher from House & Home two years ago. Unfortunately, the drawers inside the dishwasher have completely rusted, leaving marks on my dishes that I cannot remove.

I filed a complaint with House & Home, but after numerous calls and waiting for a month, they informed me that my warranty had expired.

It is unacceptable that after paying thousands of rands for this product, I am expected to accept that it will rust within two years and become unusable. This is a serious issue with the product's quality.

I request that Hisense contact me to inspect the dishwasher as this level of service from one of their products is not acceptable..
