Hisence Fridge

I bought a Hisence fridge from Oak Furnitures is Knysna. Took them 4 times to give me a propper fridge with no dents, bumps and discoloring and propper sealing rubber. Now the water dispenser is not working, the water spills at the back of the fridge. The technician ame to look at the fridge and after arguments that he is telling me there is no water running at the back of the fridge I showed him that I was Wright he discovered that the water pipe is to short he needs to get a new one. It's one week later and no update from the technician and no follow up from the branch. Brand new fridge and we cant use the water dispenser or make ice as the pipe has not been replaced. After service is really pathetic.
