Highway ******* and pathetic service

I had purchased a washing machine from House and Home online however when my payment had gone through the website stopped working. Every time I try to contact the company I get an attitude from their staff and then they put me through to the online call center who then never answers my calls. Your service is pathetic and I would like my money back asap please and thank you. If I had known that the service would be this bad I wouldn't have considered purchasing items from them.
