Inefficient, ***********, unfriendly , poor service delivery , false promises , lack of work ethic , arrogant staff. These words explain my experience at the store on the 24th of December 2022. I had placed an order for essential household items i.e a bed , a microwave , a washing machine , a TV set and a fridge to be delivered at my residence , this arrangement was made on Tuesday the 20th of December 2022. Due to my relocation I needed the items to be delivered on the day of the 24th of December, after being promised that my order will be delivered on the 24th the store could not deliver my stock to my new residence ,I had driven over 100km to settle down. The sales person wandile was very rude and justified all errors made by the store and did not apologize for any inconveniences a single time. Excuses were made regarding the delivery and floor item stock was offered as an alternative to take home at my own expensive , after I had already paid for delivery. During this process the store staff were all having a pre Christmas party at the store. Very disappointment in the store and the franchise.
