Hi, I would like to put a bad review about House and Home in Krugersdorp

Hi, I would like to put a bad review about House and Home in Krugersdorp. My husband and I bought recline couches in January 2021 and a few days later realized that the one recliner felt broken inside. I phoned the salesman who assisted us and he put me intouch with the relevant department and since then no one has come back to me!. I called and emailed a few times to follow up and till today nothing has been done. Disgusted with House and Home Krugersdorp after sale customer service.
