Hello Peter please help

My mother bought a defy fridge at okay 6 years ago it wasn't even 3 months then the ruber of the fridge came loose we went to OK Furniture at shoprite Park parow then the fridge start to give problems Then OK furniture book the fridge for repair when it came back from repairs it was still not fix the light in the fridge was broken we went back in the 5 years garentee they said they'll give my mother a new fridge we still waiting it's been almost 3 years that we waiting for the fridge every time when we go to OK furniture they blame Defy and Defy blames OK furniture Please assist
