Went to Blue Route to buy HP laptop & they were out of stock. The brach found 1 @ Cape Gate & it would have been held for me but upon arrival on the same day(today) I was told it was sold. Sales persons response: \first come first served". Disgusting customer service because stock will only arrive @ branches within 7 days hence the reason why I went from southern suburbs to northern suburbs"""
