Head Office - Embarrassing to say the least

I would like to bring the following matter to the necessary person(s) attention. I app**** for credit on a lounge suite and recliner at House and Home in Amanzimtoti on Saturday 06 July 2019. On Tuesday (09 July 2019) i received a phone call from a lady in Head Office (telephone number ***) @ 17:24pm advising me that my application had been approved and that they will be doing employment verification today (Wednesday 10 July). This morning (10 July 2019) i contacted my sales agent dealing with my application to communicate the approval of my application (as per phone call received yesterday). He advised that he would do a follow up and contact me back. Well, to both his and my shock and confusion, he contacted me back and advised that upon his follow up with head office, he received very different information on the phone call made yesterday. He was told that Karibo merely contacted me to confirm that i indeed did make the application and that i must have mistaken her. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? when i was contacted advising that my application was approved and that employment verification was to be done today???? Surely ALL calls are recorded for these exact purposes??? I am absolutely appalled and disgusted in how new clients are treated, and not to even mention that nobody at Head Office seams to know what is going on....even my poor sales agent doesn't know where to look anymore (and he represents House and Home)!
