I was fortunate to have been given service by Nonkululeko. I bought a dining room suite, which Westgate branch did not have in their store. An important point to note is that I stay in Durban and wanted the dining room suite to be delivered in Soweto. I called Westgate Mall and spoke with Nonkululeko, who told me what needed to be done. She ensured that she ordered this from other branches. It took her a bit longer to get the stock as many branches did not have, and what delighted me the most is constant communication she had with me, assuring me that she will try by all means to get the suite for me.
