Hassle Free Overall Experience
<p>This review is late but better late than never.</p> <p>I visited House and Home at Greenstone to buy a fridge - was moving into my own place. On entering there's a calm and relaxed feel and I didn't get swamped with sales assistants. Instead I had the liberty of weighing my options without someone hovering over my back. Purchase process was quick and delivery was made in promised time.</p> <p>Few days after purchase we noticed the fridge was not getting cold while the freezer over froze. We notified the Greenstone branch and they were friendly and quick with the replacement process!</p> <p>Needles to say, I went back! This time purchased a washing machine. Received the same hassle free purchase and delivery experience. </p> <p>Customer service is definitely appreciated.</p>
