Harrassed by a Tracer

I have 2 accounts with House & Home which was opened online. I am presently unemployed & still manage to pay these 2 accounts (with the help of my spouse) although it is in arrears. I have been getting calls from a woman saying she is from house & home repo dept & need me to pay the full arrears amounts & if i do not she says i must get my stuff ready for her to come collect. As much as i tell her i am paying a full installment on one sub account plus a little extra & on the other i'm am trying to catch up, she refuses & continues to harass me over the phone. When i called house and home, i am informed it was handed to a Tracer for collection & there is nothing they can do to help me. My point is that, i am paying these accounts & yet i am being Harassed by this woman who lies to me she is from the house & home repo dept yet she is from the Tracers. And why put a notice on my statement to call the accounts dept to make arrangements when they say its handed over to a 3rd party person. Really frustrated as this woman is arrogant & very dominating towards me when she calls me. The 2 installments are (R356 and i pay R400pm) and (R398 i pay 250) I am really trying to bring it up to date
