Hallo

Hallo. I have a complain about OK furniture in Springbok,Norther Cape. I bought a bed from them that is faulty and talking to several of their people and head office,they still did not help me. The bed springs you can feel and there is hard beams in the mattress. It's a no flip restsonic bed. Can you maybe advise me on how to get this bed returned or what my next step would be please?
