Grievance ignored by House & Home

I am so disappointed at the fact that I bought such an expensive bedroom set from house and home and noticed that my headboard was broken. They delivered the item without doing a quality check and now I'm left without a headboard. It is so frustrating that after paying my grievance to them, I was completely ignored right up to this point. My bedroom is looking like a mess and as a loyal customer, I have lost so much hope in the company. Please assist!
