Green acres. Worst of the worst

Worst service. Paid for washing machine. Had to collect. Warehouse closed 10 minutes early. Refused to help. Next day collected. Waited for 30 min outside in the street. Installed machine and, yes it is faulty. Customer dies not answer. Mailbox full. Warehouse. No answer. Shop engaged. Eventually got through. They return call.yes, still waiting. On day purchase manager tried to assist with warehouse and then just disappeared.
