Great Service Received

I bought a couch however there was a sound coming from the couch when I sat on it, so I reported this at the Store over the weekend. Although the sales person(Hezekiel) who initially assisted me was with the sale was not there ,when he came back to work on Monday he gave me a call advising me that he got the complaint and he is attending to it he promised me I would be receiving a new couch. And he indeed make this happen and I am very impressed about his client service. Also the delivery guy Musa was very nice when he collected the old couch and brought in the new one. BIG UPS!!!
