Great service from Mr. Deocharan

I recently purchased a couch from House and Home in Umhlanga, I was apprehensive at first, due to bad service I received about 2.5 years ago.<br> <br> I was assisted by a young salesman Mr. Y Deocharan, I sincerely hope I have his name correct, because he deserves high praise for his attitude towards his work, My Delivery not no. : 253565 in case I have the wrong guy, hopefully that can be used to track him down,<br> <br> He was nothing but courteous, well informed, he went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted for delivery, He followed up with me multiple times to ensure my delivery of my order was smooth and he made sure he kept me in the loop in case of any changes in plans, In the end he did whatever he could so that I got what I wanted exactly to my request and in the time that suited me best,<br> <br> He has changed my opinion of the store to a positive one, I may purchase there more often thanks to his great service! i certainly hope his management will reward him for his diligent attitude, because people with such a good work ethic are hard to find today!
