Great Assistance returning a faulty couch

I purchased a couch at House and home Carnival Mall and within the first week the couch was already sinking in and I could feel the planks while sitting. I called the store to notify them and they asked me to come in and choose another couch, I just topped up on the money I had already spent and received a couch that was worth every penny. Thank you to the store manager for her assistance and her great customer service.
