GOODS ORDERED TWO WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO DELIVERY

I ordered items 2 weeks ago on Black Friday. I have paid over R10000 for the items and almost a R1000 for delivery. Two weeks down the line i still have not received the items as yet. Trying to contact them and the number just rings and voice message stating high call volumes. WHEN AM I GETTING MY GOODS. I received a mail stating they are waiting for two items that are not in stock. IT SAID THEY HAD STOCK WHEN I ORDERED> GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER.
