Glass Defy hob bought at House and Home Richards Bay

I bought a glass defy hob from House and Home in Richards Bay. I fitted it on the 11.12.2024. on the 14.12.2024, the big plate stopped working, I went back to the store who gave me a job number, and Im still waiting - no updates, no phone calls, nothing.... . Seems like they are good to take your money, but not to do proper after sales service.
