Frustrating experience

I purchased a washing machine from your branch in Roodepoort last Sunday 6th July Delivery was scheduled for Thursday 10th I made arrangements to work from home in anticipation of the delivery…at 17:00 I called the store to out find out what the delay was on to be told that there’s something wrong with the delivery van. Bare in mind that I had to call the store to enquire No one bothered to make contact with to advise of the delay, nonetheless the lady I spoke to assured me that delivery would take place the following day “Friday”

On Friday I called the store to find out where the machine was, I asked to speak to the Branch manager who assured me that my Fridays would be delivered on that same day…

At 18:00 I was called by the store to inform me that the van broke down and they were unable to make the delivery; they asked to deliver on Saturday 12th July

It’s 18:57 needles to say my washing machine hasn’t been delivered

This is absolutely unacceptable and so frustrating
