Front loader washing machine nightmare

Good day,

In June 2020 I bought Defy Front Loader and Fridge from House & Home Bay west. So in (ref no ***) in December 2020 the Front loader started giving me problems and was replaced February 2021. Even though it was replaced I have been having problems with it and below are the reference numbers I logged a call for the unit to be repaired ***- 6 Aug 2021, *** -14 March 2022,***- 11 April 2022,***-31 May 2023, ***7 -26 July 2023. On 15 August 2023 a part was replaced on the unit it was tested and worked but as soon as I wanted to use it again it gave me the same problem. On the same day I logged a complaint to House & Home about this problem and I havent received any communication from them. Now I have to use additional money to take my clothes for laundry services whilst I have a washing machine and this is has been happening from the initial incident. I need this unit to be replaced with a different brand.
