Fridge not delivered on Sunday as promised

I bought a fridge and the consultant assured me it will be delivered on Sunday which is today. Also while paying I asked again if it will be delivered on Sunday and she said yes.

Yet no delivery. I called their store and the number was engaged for a while and then someone answered and I asked about the delivery and got out through where I was on hold for over 20minutes.

The biggest problem is I was trying to call to let them know not to deliver on Monday between 8-12pm as I will be writing a Unisa exam and can’t be disturbed then.

I’m so disappointed as I kept expressing how urgently I need my fridge
