Fridge not delivered 20 days later

I bought a chest freezer on the 19th Nov 2024 at Festival Mall Kempton Park and till this date the fridge still hasn't been delivered. Instead I am getting excuses that has absolutely nothing to d with me. I was supposed to buy the fridge at other retailers (Game & Makro to be precise) and the consultant stopped me and said they will beat their price and now I'm regretting it at this very moment because I know very well that i would of received my fridge by now
