FRIDGE ISSUES

I have a problem with House & Home, specifically the Westgate mall branch. We got a fridge from them with a Warranty that expires in 2024. My fridge has been giving me problems, they sent people to come fix it but it doesn't seem to work long after they leave. I've lost business because of the faulty fridge. We were told that we should either come and get a new fridge. The problem is that they don't have fridges in the same price range anymore (R13000), they either have bigger fridges, which will extend our account with them which we don't want, or smaller fridges which are to small for my business. They alternatively said they will refund us our money, but they only want to refund the exact amount of the fridge and not the interest that was paid. They promised to call us back, but we're still waiting for them to call.
