Fridge Complaint at House & Home

I bought a fridge at House&Home furnitures at Mthatha,Eastern Cape. I bought a fridge in October 2023 and it started giving me problems in December the freezer would melt and food on tje bottom side did not get cold and would get spoilt in just two days. I reported but did not get any help. I went back and forth with the store in my area and called their Head Offices with no help at all. It is only in February 2024 that they sent a Technician to check it. After two days it went back to the same state and I have been calling and going to the store still I don’t get any help. I want my refund now. This is really daunting and costing me a alot of money. Please help me.
