Hi good mornings just eanted to say hoe decipointed i am in the consumer act for taking our not even 4months old smart tv for 21days with out telling us that in the email and not even giving us a loaner to use and also not telling us this over the phone so that we knew before the time very unprofessional and stil having an attetude its decipointing seeing that were reguler customer's of the N1 city branch and fact we paid cash for the tv .its a jvc 50inch smart tv and they sould take it off the marker completely . Not even 4months old and already have problems .
