Faulty Washing Machine

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm writing this mail on behalf of my mother Evelyn Masango, she purchased an LG Washing Machine at House & Home @ Saveways Cresent in Witbank, 28 October, 2016. They were assisted by a guy named Nicholas Malete. When she made her first wash, the machine was making a funny noise & started moving around, she had to put a chair to make it balance. The second time she tried to do her laundry the machine started malfunctioning, it spined in a very strange way and brokend the wall, pipe and tiles on the wall. My mom called the store and ask to speak to Nicholas who dismissed her & told her he will send a technician, a week passed and no technician was sent to the house. She then took a video of the machine while washing and went to the store, she showed the video to Nicholas who took it and said he will speak to the store manager and get back to her. He never called her back until today, what Nicholas did, he decided to call my Dad and advice him to take out some *****s at the back of the machine. My dad tried that as adviced by Nicholas but the machine became worse, it spinned in a strange way making an awful sound they had to switch it off immedieatly. </p> <p>Now my parents are stuck with a faulty machine, which they paid in full for and No one at the shop is willing to assist them!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
