Faulty leather couch

A little while ago, we made our first stop at H&H Baywest where we tried different couches. We found 1 that we liked but when we asked if we could purchase it, the lady said they had no stock but had two on the floor. I liked the one that we were sitting on despite a few cuts at the back of the couch but she insisted the other couch was in far better condition. However, we weren't able to sit on it as it was packed in by other couches. I wasn't really comfortable with it but she said it was exactly the same, only the tear was on the inside of the console (out of view). We had outstanding service and our couches were delivered on the Sunday that followed. However, I noticed the couches weren't as I remembered. The right side was uneven and slanted to the right. The left couch when opened (lazy boy style) was uneven, rocked and unsturdy. The material of the right also started coming undone at the seems. It's only been a few months and I still have over R6K to pay but my couches look and feel horrible. When I revisted the store recently, I went & sat on the same couches and experienced none of the defaults that ours suffers with. I have no idea where to even begin to try address this.
