FAULTY HISENSE TV

Bought a Hisense TV from Meadowdale branch. TV turned out to be faulty. Took it back same day, they are refusing to exchange the item or refund me. Extremely bad customer care services that does not assist one. Branch manager has the worst attitude ever that I have encountered.
