Faulty goods

<p>Bought a plasma stand on the 14th July one door doesn't close properly,i informed the sales ady who helped me she said i must bring it back myself since i used my own transport to fetch it,i told her i wont have money to hire transport to take it to them and fetch it again cos the fault is not mine,she said she is going to send someone to check it she never did,im so dissapointed with the service i received</p>
