Faulty fridge service

House and home sold me a reject fridge. From day one I've had hassels. They sent technicians out to repair and replace parts. It's 4 months that the fridge is leaking. My floor is damaged and swollen. They either ignore all correspondence or they reply with false promises. Someone has to step in to get this matter sorted. They promised me a new fridge , but after that the technician just went silent. Very bad service for such a huge group. Shoprite checkers company to sell this to a customer and just hide away. I wasted so much on calls and petrol to go in to the branch . The manager just hides away. What kind of service is that. How can a manager never be available in store to assist.
