Faulty Defy Fridge

<p>In January, I bought a fridge from Hyperama's House & Home store at Brits Mall in the North West. A few days after that, I poured water into the water dispenser which actually started to leak. I called the store to report this and was told a technician would be sent to come fix my fridge. This has been going on for over 2 months and the technician keeps promising to come but still has not shown up. This is very unprofessional! I want my money back! Don't shop at this store. The service is disgusting!</p>
