False information From Supplier

I saw the adverti*****t in the news paper about a special that they have on DVD players. I phoned the Krugersdorp branch to ask them if they do have in stock. Jerry picked up the phone and he said that he wants to check on the system first. He checked and said that they have 2 only. And that he will keep one at the back. I send my brother to buy it and then when he got there he went to a college (dirk) of jerry. Jerry overheard them. Dirk said that the one at the back is damaged and that the can't give the one on display. My brother phoned me and told me this is what dirk to said. I phoned the store again and asked for jerry. I told jerry what dirk said. Jerry said he overheard them and i didnt speak to him i spoke to someone else but when i asked for a jerry they gave the phone to him (how was i supposed to know that there was a Jerry) and that the one is damaged. Then I asked him can't I get the one on display. He said no they can't sell it. I mean my brother drove from westenareawestenarea that is +-30km just to get there. Jerry could have told me from the start it is sold out. I found him rude over the phone.
