False hope

On Tuesday I bought a gas heater online for my domestic. Many online sites indicated there was no stock, except House & Home. I made the payment. Two days later, I went to the collection point to enquire when I could collect, to be told there was no stoc****! This was not the fault of the actual store, as they have no control over online purchases.The store manager promised to try find me a heater, but I am not holding my breathe! Why was it not indicated ONLINE that there would be no stock. They gladly took my money!
